Mad Hopper is looking for a creative brewer responsible for recipe and new product development!

Mad Hopper, Helsinki – Finland is looking for a brewer that will be responsible for recipes and new product development, as well as assisting the head brewer with the daily operation.

History
Mad Hopper started its operation in 2021 and is today part of a pub/restaurant group consisting of today 11 restaurants (12 this coming summer, so all the beer that can be brewed at the site is basically already sold 🙂

You enjoy
You must be talented when it comes to creative brewing and you must enjoy:
– Brewing and cellar work + potentially a bit of barrel aging
– Following the product through to serving tanks and packaging to kegs
– Presenting your work at festivals and events

You offer
– Proven records in this line of work at other great craft breweries/brewpubs (please document this)
– The ability to work autonomously in a diverse environment
– Extreme ambition and attention to detail, as well as relentless pursuit of developing incredible beer

The capital of Finland, Helsinki, already has a vibrant craft beer scene, however still young and less matured compared to the close by Scandinavian capitals like Copenhagen and Stockholm – that is what we are changing now 🙂
